| HAYLEY MATTHEWS-JONES Event Coordinator for St. Anthony Main Event Centre
Hayley joins Three Sons Signature Cuisine with extensive experience planning corporate and fundraising events for many wonderful organizations. She started her career in London, England, where she worked on large-scale conferences, receptions, and graduation ceremonies for a Royal Medical College, as well as public meetings in the UK Houses of Parliament for an international development think tank.
After moving to the United States in 2008, she worked in the busy events department of a Minneapolis-based international humanitarian relief organization, coordinating fundraising and community engagement events with particular focus on Haiti earthquake relief. Working on a variety of projects with limited budgets and resources has given Hayley an acute sense for maximizing the impact of every aspect of an event. She loves to creatively interpret the client’s vision and make the planning process, as well as the day of their event an enjoyable and memorable experience.
