Marguerite comes to Three Sons Signature with a background in luxury travel, fashion, and private chef services. As a travel coordinator, Marguerite has extensive experience planning individual and group tours around the world - everything from African safaris to mountain climbs.
As a business owner and private chef, Marguerite has coordinated events from fashion shows to family reunions and intimate dinners. She has a passion for working with clients to achieve their goals and takes great, personal joy in transforming their visions into reality.
In her "spare" time, Marguerite volunteers extensively with organizations close to her heart that benefit and provide support for families across the Twin Cities.
Paloma has been on Three Sons Signature Cuisine's Events Team since 2008 and brings with her extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining TSSC, Paloma was an Event Coordinator for a French caterer in La Jolla and a chef for the Chelsea Football Club in England. Over the years, she has stayed true to her love for creating personal and amazing events for clients. She is now adding weddings and loves the connections she makes with her brides and grooms: "I love sharing those special moments, once-in-a-lifetime events, with clients."
She is regularly commended by clients and peers for her attention to detail, her positive nature, and her ability to efficiently execute an event while taking excellent care of the client and guests.
Paloma is fluent in Portuguese (her native language), Spanish, and English. She is an active member of The Twin Cities Wedding Professionals and International Special Events Society. In addition, Paloma has a special place for her photography and volunteers her time and skills providing photography to local vineyards, communities, and art festivals. She also loves spending time with her husband and adorable children (son Ian and daughter Maya) as often as she can.
Director of Events Aaron McCallum is the Director of Events and a co-owner of Three Sons Signature Cuisine.He and his brothers grew up on an organic farm in the woods of Kentucky learning the value of a hard day’s work followed by a delicious meal with family and friends. Aaron served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps and the Army, which he feels has prepared him well for the exciting and challenging field of wedding planning and catering.
As the Director of Events, Aaron oversees all aspects of the clients experience with Three Sons Signature Cuisine and has personally planned and executed over 1,200 highly successful events ranging from 10-1200 guests.He looks forward to working with each client to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and is very proud of the stellar reputation that has been built through years of memorable events and ecstatic customers.He eagerly awaits the opportunity to exceed your expectations!
