| BENJAMIN McCALLUM EXECUTIVE CHEF / OWNER Chef Benjamin McCallum is the talented and award-winning Executive Chef and co-owner of Three Sons. Ben works with clients to create the dinner parties and weddings that represent the personality and tastes of those clients, but the flare and talent of an elite chef.
Chef Ben was classically trained in French cuisine and methods for nearly two decades under his father, who has been an executive chef at some of the country’s finest restaurants and hotels for over 32 years. He has also studied, perfected, and executed menus for clients in nearly every cultural cuisine imaginable. It is all about creativity and fusion for Chef Ben.Chef Ben has hired and trained over three dozen chefs to date, some of whom went on to restaurant success and some who have returned to work in his kitchens. Chef Ben is an advocate of his employees, students, and clients, always striving to make food fun and decadent.

| WILLIAM EVANS CORPORATE SOUS CHEF
William has worked in some of the Twin Cities favorite restaurants for the past 12 years. For the past five years, William has focused on world cuisines ranging from Africa to indigenous South America foods. This is in large part due to his extensive travels to places both on and off the beaten path. He is very passionate about creating food that is approachable, informative, and always delicious. Three Sons welcomes William as our new Corporate Sous Chef in 2007 and will strive to provide an exciting new path for William to share his knowledge base and wonderful cuisine with you.
