The environment for this unique wine dinner is relaxed -- eat at your own pace and move onto the next course when you are ready. There are three chef performance stations, each serving a first and second course, and the courses are beautifully paired with the wine selections. Coffee and desserts are included with your ticket price. As always, there will be wine and martini specials available at the bar.
This month we are featuring sparkling wines from Champagne in France and Napa Valley in California. Our red wines will be a selection of amazing ones from Southern Australia's Barossa Valley region. This is a unique region that cultivates rich and velvety wines. As an added bonus, we are featuring decor ideas using burlap -- a hot trend in weddings and events -- so the theme should be Bubbles, Burlap, and Barossa.
